In 2008, he became the founder COO and CFO for Axis Asset Management Company (Axis Mutual Fund). He moved to Axis Bank as Head of Digital Banking and launched the Customer Experience vertical for Axis bank. In this last stint he headed the Bank's Direct Banking portfolio and Channel management for the Customer Service Officer (CSO)Channel.
